• Adding Victory Conditions to factions (Decoded completley, unfortunatley unuseable) - says it doesn't work - attachment dead - seems superseded by tools
• startpos.esf catelog - noted as incorrect due to 2009 startpos changes
• Faction List - doesn't seem to be a list of useable factions - just list of UI folder names from early version
• Making Mod work for 1.5 - assume later patches and definitive edition mean this 2009 thing isn't needed.
• Unused formation spacing values - they're unused by the game - not a potential thing to add...
• Modding Standards - proposed idea not implemented - not tutorial
• More Artillery Pieces in a Unit - needed a DL which is missing
• "FACTIONALLY SPECIFIC" BATTLE TUNES Short Guide! - no thread found
