Information
The Consilium de Civitate is a body of 12 elected Citizens who govern promotions and demotions. They vote on whether a member should be promoted from Peregrinus to Citizen, as well as performing other responsibilities listed in the Constitution. If a Citizen has broken the rules or been referred by another Citizen, they may also vote to discipline him, for example through suspending or removing his rank. Members of the Cdec who have served two terms recieve a bronze medal, those who have served four terms recieve a silver medal and those who have served for a period of six or more terms recieve a gold medal.
