Paul Dacoste aka Emperor Paul, and later just Paul, is the founder and former Site Director of Total War Centre's direct predecessor mtw.gamercastle.com. When the gamercastle network shut down, he went on to create the Total War Centre as we know it today, originally at the url www.legiontotalwar

During Paul's reign, the correct spelling of TWC as Total War Centre was used. The spelling was bastardised when TWC was procdured by an American owner. Its hoped that the new British owner of TWC, imb39 will restore TWC to its correct name.
