Paul Dacoste aka Emperor Paul, and later just Paul, is the founder and former Site Director of Total War Centre's direct predecessor mtw.gamercastle.com. When the gamercastle network shut down, he went on to create the Total War Centre as we know it today, originally at the url www.legiontotalwar.net
