Site Service Awards

Site Service Awards are given on the basis of Activity, Merit and Length of Service in a Staff Department, or in the CdeC before its abolition. All the Site Service Awards are Medium Awards and do not change display usergroup options.

Staff Awards

Moderator's Mace

Moderators are rewarded for extended periods of service to staff with the Moderators Mace award. Bronze maces are awarded for time served as a Moderator for a period of three to five months, Silver for those who have served as moderator for a period of six to eleven months, Gold for periods of one year to one year and five months, Emerald for time served as a Moderator for a period of one year and six months to one year and eleven months, Ruby for periods of two years to two years and eleven months and Amethyst for periods greater than three years.

Maces may be awarded to moderators sooner than the aforementioned time thresholds, at the discretion of the Administration, as rewards for outstanding performance.

Scribes's Quill

Service in Content Staff is rewarded with Scribe's Quills awards. After three to six months of service, a Content Staff Officer will gain a bronze Scribe's Quill. After seven to twelve months, a silver quill is awarded. Once a Content Staff Officer's time of service exceeds a year, a gold quill will be given to him or her. Late 2010 three additional awards were created for further service; services for a period of one year and six months to one year and eleven months earns an emerald quill, two years to two years and eleven months for a ruby quill, and lastly an amethyst quill is awarded for those who have served for periods greater then three years.

Technician's Screwdriver

Service in Technical Staff is rewarded with Technician Screwdriver awards. After three to six months of service, a Technical Staff Officer will gain a bronze screwdriver. After seven to twelve months, a silver screwdriver is awarded. Once a Technical Staff Officer's time of service exceeds a year, a gold screwdriver will be given to him or her. Gaming Chess Piece

Awarded for merit and time served in Gaming Staff in a similar manner to the above awards.

Consilium de Civitate Awards

These medals were awarded by the Curator for service as a member of the Consilium de Civitate

Consilium de Civitate Service Medal

The bronze award was presented for time served as a Consilium de Civitate member for a period of two completed terms, the silver for four completed terms, the gold for six or more terms, and the emerald for a period of twelve completed terms.
