This is the latest Syntagma that was wrote after imb39 bought the site. It combines a variety of ideas drawn from proposals by Wild Bill Kelso and Professor420. the Black Prince used the ideas of imb39 in conjunction with these to write this. It came into effect on March 5, 2007.
