Khelvan is one of the two founders of RTR and, along with Aymar de Bois Mauri, the long-time project leader and public face of Europa Barbarorum. He is still a team leader for EB, but does not participate as actively at this time due to real life time constraints.
His specialties were in organizing the team, handling public relations issues, and in coding. He was for a very long time the chief compiler of the EB code, though Foot and most recently Bonny have taken over that role.
