Western Roman Rebels are one of the non-playable factions in the Barbarian Invasion expansion for Rome: Total War. It is possible to make them playable but only by substantial alterations to the vanilla game, or by using a script.

The Western Roman Rebels do not start on the map, instead they take over Western Roman Empire settlements and armies if their loyalty level is too low.
