The Modding Registrar was a Curial position whose occupant was responsible for the upkeep of the Modding Registry.
Taken from the Constitution. Modding Registrar - The Registrar shall be responsible for maintaining the Modding Registry, answering questions about the registry and resolving disputes between members concerning the registry in a fair and impartial manner.
Control went to the Modding Hex, and then for a time the Modding Staff, and finally back to the Modding Hex. The Registrar is long gone.
Today the Registry is maintained by the Modding Hex: lolIsuck & Dismounted Feudal Knight
