About Finlander

Finlander registered on June 25, 2009. He has worked in the site Content Staff as a member of the Video-Makers Team, of which he became the Content Director after the resignation of the former director, MasterBigAb, in 16th of November 2012, and as a member of the Content Art Staff.

	Citizen is a special rank given as a reward by the CdeC to those members who make a significant contribution to the Forum.
	An Artifex is someone who earned their rank through modding a TW game.
	The Art Staff organizes the site's Graphics Workshop including graphical competitions. On top of that, the Art Staff Officers are also responsible for creating official medals, logos, badges and symbols for TWC.
	The bosses of the Content Staff's respective branches. They supervise the Content Staff (Writers and Wiki Staff), Librarians and Content Artists.
	Content Staff (Content Writers) are members who write articles for the Site Publications. Alternatively, they can also be guide writers for the Creative Assembly's games. On the 24th of May 2009, the Critic's Quill, a group of members devoted to reviewing AAR's merged with the Eagle Standard.
	The Consilium de Civitate is a body of 12 Citizens and the Council elected by the Curia to oversee the promotion of new citizens, and to carry out disciplinary procedures against citizens that accrue warnings. A term lasts 3 months, of which a new election is held, with exception to staff veto. The Council seats are reserved and never voted upon, and are automatically given to new Council members.

	Picture of the Week Medal	Awarded to any member that has won the Picture of the Week contest between nine and fourteen times.
	TWC University Master's Degree	Awarded for successfully completing the GIMP Advanced & Making Total War Videos w/ Movie Maker courses at the TWC University.
