The Constitution is the governing document of the TWC Curia, containing such items as processes by which Curial decisions are made and Curial Officers elected, as well as awards and the process of giving Citizenship to deserving members of the site. Changes to the Constitution are made by the Curator following decisions made by the Citizen body.
