This is a list of ranks of TWC that are currently in use, not ranks that have existed previously. For a list of all TWC ranks go here.

Full Member/Perigrinus
Every TWC member starts out as a perigrinus. Perigrinus gives posting rights in almost every forum. Many members never get higher than this.
Local Moderator

A Local Forum Moderator (or Local Moderator, Local Mod, or simply LM) is a normal member with Moderating powers inside a specific forum. They are usually devoted to this forum and its community. They are not counted as TWC staff. They may do all normal moderating procedures within that forum, though may not infract (that is ban or suspend) users. Should a certain member break the ToS within that forum they should be reported as done all rule breakers. They have grey names and no badge.
Content Staff

Content Staff are responsible for writing articles, contributing to the Wiki and producing valuable content for the site in general. Content Staff can be identified by their blue names and their badge:
Content Artist

Content Artists fulfill site needs for 2D art, such as on the Front Page or for a Community Competition. They can also be identified by their blue names and their badge:
Librarian

Librarians are the managers of the Scriptorium. They are responsible for finding TWC's best articles and cataloguing it. They have blue names and badge:
Content Director

Conetnt Directors are managers of one or more of the Site Publications, the Wiki or the Scriptorium. They also have blue names and a badge:
Director of Content (Replaced)

The Director of Content was the manager of the TWC Content Branch. They had green names and a badge.
It was replaced with the Content Hex system.
Technical Staff

The Technical Staff are the technicians of TWCenter. They can be identified by their dark teal names and badge:
Vault Staff

The Vault Staff are tasked with the day to day management of the Modding Vault. They can be identified by their badge:
Gaming Staff

The Gaming Staff run gaming-related actives on TWC, plus much much more. They can be identified by their badge:
Citizen

Citizens are honoured for their contributions to TWC. They have posting rights in the Curia and the Symposium. They have red names and a badge:
Artifex

The Artifex badge is intended for use by Citizens who wish to indicate that their major contribution to TWCenter is modifying Total War Games. They have red names and a badge:
Civitate

The Civitate badge is intended for use by Citizens who wish to indicate that their major contribution to TWCenter is discussion or participation in the Common Community. They have red names and a badge:
Consilium de Civitate (Abolished)
The CdeC had been voting on admission to the rank of Citizen. They also had been deciding on punishments for Citizens who break the rules and can strip a Citizen of his/her rank. It was elected by the Curia. They had red names and a badge:
Curator

The Curator manages the Curia. He/she has a purple name and Curator badge:
Tribune

Tribunes are the judges of the Tribunal. They are appointed by Hex. They have black names and a badge:
Magistrate

Magistrates are also judges of the Tribunal, but they are elected by the Curia. They have black names and a badge:
Novus

The Novus medal is awarded to TWC Staff who have made exceptional contributions to Staff. They have violet names and have this medal:
Opifex

The Opifex medal is awarded to members who contribute to TWC in an exceptional way - mainly TW related contributions/modding. They have violet names and have this medal:
Phalera

The Phalera medal is for those who have made exceptional contributions to the Discussion & Debate (formerly Common Community) forums. They have violet names and have this medal:
Creative Assembly

These members are from the Creative Assembly, the company who developed the TW games. They have violet and italic names and this badge:
Slitherine Publishing
These members are from the Slitherine Games Studio, and represent it on the site. They can be identified by their badge:
Divus

The Divus medal is an award for exceptional contributions to TWC as an Administrator. They have teal names and have this medal:
Moderator

Moderators are responsible for moderating the a few forums or the whole board. They can warn members, ban members, edit posts, delete posts and close threads. They have dark blue and bold names and a badge:
Administrator

The Administrators or Hex are the ones in charge of TWC. Hex has four permanent members and a varying number of non-permanent members each with a specific resonsibility on TWC. They have bold red names and this badge:
