Constitution
The Constitution is the governing document of the TWC Curia, containing such items as processes by which Curial decisions are made and Curial Officers elected, as well as awards and the process of giving Citizenship to deserving members of the site. Changes to the Constitution are made by the Curator following decisions made by the Citizen body. The current version can be found here; The Constitution posted on TWC.
Guide to the Constitution
The Syntagma was the original name for the document governing the curia and other aspects of the Total War Center, the document became known as The Constitution from 2007 onwards.
