use the following to create exe shortcuts for kingdoms with i.o first

[1]

Kingdoms has four completely new campaigns each with its own unique campaign map. They are:

    • The Britannia Campaign: With England, Wales, Scotland, Norway, Ireland. All of them are trying to gain dominance over the British Isles.
    • The Crusades Campaign: Two alliances fight against each other: The Jerusalem and the Antioch face Egypt and the Turks while the Byzantine Empire plays a neutral role. The emergent Mongol faction is hostile towards all other nations.
    • The Americas Campaign: Aztecs, Maya, Apache, Tarasken, Chichimeken, Tlaxkalteken and Spanish Settlers under Cortés struggle for supremacy in the Americas. New France and New Britain are emergent factions which will appear later in the game.
    • The Teutonic Campaign: The Teutonic Order, the Holy Roman Empire, Poland, Lithuania, Denmark, Novgorod and Norway fight for control over the Baltic Sea and northeastern Europe.

New Features

  • Moats added around castles
  • Special Abilities for the historical persons in the 4 campaigns
    • Richard I of England can collect fleeing troops
    • Emperor Manuel of Byzantium can "confuse" enemy units so that they start to fight amongst themselves.
  • The campaigns have different targets and a different way of playing it. In the Eastern, the religion plays a big role (because of unrest and unit development -> you can only build Teutonic knights in a Catholic area) in the New World if you play the Spanish have only few Units and you have to look for alliances and trading routes.
  • More units on a battlefield.
  • Forts with moats and permanent forts. The latter can also be conquered and used by other factions.
  • More and different mission targets: A noble man appears and asks for your help in a combat. If you are successful, your reward will depend on how many enemy soldiers you killed.
  • In the Britain campaign, England's enemies can form an alliance with renegade English aristocrats. They will ask for help with conquering a town. If the player complies and gives the town to them after the victory, they will found a new anti-English faction: the "Baron's Alliance." A Mod have a new feature, If Your Family Royal, An Example, Descr.Strat, Margret, Wife of Haakon is princess and she in contiues with he, she must replaces on Thorgeir.
