The Modding Spotlight
Princes, Kings and Heroes is set in the period from 1280 to 1330. This was a very turbulent time in Britain being only a short time after the end of the rebellion by Simon de Montfort and the start of the reign of Edward I. This mod aims to bring together the major factions involved at the time in an enjoyable bit of history hokum and game play. Its concept is that you lead your family house to ever greater riches and power whilst following the medieval virtues of Feudalism, Family loyalty and the need to ensure a successful male line. The mod is planned to have 27 factions in total including rebels.

Akthross Total War
Akthross is a fantasy world, the inhabitants of which are facing the departure of their Gods. But the peoples of Akthross are not to be left without a deity, one from amongst their own will be granted godhood, all they have to do is prove their worthiness...
Akthross is a land filled with Humans Kingdoms who live alongside Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Askan and Tulkan, the good factions. Long ago these factions created a Grand Alliance and forced out the evil empire of the Twice Damned, comprised of Ogres, Goblins and Hobgoblins.
The mod includes custom settlements, new anims, models, siege engines, projectiles etc. etc. Including 15 playable factions, with a fully reworked campaign AI, Akthross TW is both a great challenge and a great mod.
