This procedure fell into disuse, but was partially re-implemented following an amendment and later incorporated into the Curial Overhaul 66. As of today the Ostrakon is the only mean to permanently strip a Citizen of their status. Ostrakons are public, and all Citizen are entitled to hold a vote.
