Mod Spotlights
Aurei Imperii
Aurei Imperii is a recently released new mod for M2TW set at 150 BC right before the 3rd Punic War. The release is a beta concentrating on the campaign only, real-time battles are not currently supported as the development has focused on the grand strategy part of the game. The features include: Recruitment based on area of influence with a government system; Improved AI; Scripts to help AI in finances and military; Traits for improved gameplay and roleplay; Functional Hot-Seat campaign & Overhaul to almost everything! The Great Conflicts 872-1071
Another new mod for M2TW; Great Conflicts covers the major conflict between the Roman Empire, The Bulgar Empire and The Frankish Empire. Local conflicts between factions in Italy, Balkans and North Africa, and invasion of peoples from the east. The mod is released as a patched alpha version, and the team are keen to recieve feedback. The Rome II game has increased in popularity over the years. Official patches have improved the game play mechanics and fixed problems the game had at launch. On the wiki the game information section is being expanded to include detailed information on Cultures and Factions. New Rome II pages:

Total War: Three Kingdoms 1.4.1 patch
The 1.4.1 patch is now live, this hotfix fixes various issues with the 1.4 version that launched with the Mandate of Heaven chapter pack. Unfortunately for multi-player games, the issues with AI siege behaviour have not yet been resolved. Versions 1.3 and 1.4 are still available for use as opt-in betas for players that need to roll-back the latest updates.

Mandate of Heaven chapter pack
The Mandate of Heaven chapter pack for Total War: Three Kingdoms was released on 16th January 2020. It includes new characters, new units, unique faction mechanics, balance changes and the ability to begin a campaign just before the Yellow Turban rebellion and continue into the Three Kingdoms period!

The Shadow & The Blade
The Shadow & The Blade DLC for Total War: Warhammer II has been released. The DLC brings powerful new abilities, mechanics, and military advantages. Two new legendary lords are included, new elite Regiments of Renown and stealth magic! The DLC is now also available for macOS and Linux.

Total War Saga TROY
The next Saga has been announced and it will take the Total War Series back to the Bronze Age, its earliest incarnation so far! CA have already released the following:
Steam Store gives the release date as '2020' but it is not yet available to pre-order.
