Win Conditions
The Seleucids win the game by holding Rome and 49 other provinces.
Units
The Seleucids are lucky and have a very wide range of troops, ranging from phalanxes and imitated legions, to cataphracts, chariots and even elephants!
Unique Units
The Seleucid Empire have many great troop types, but unique to them is the Silver Shield Warriors, which come as pikemen or imitation legions. These men are the best legions available (apart from Rome's, of course!) and have the best true pikemen available (Macedon have Royal Pikemen, but these aren't true pikemen but hoplites).
Strategy guides
A good strategy as the Seleucids would be to attack Egypt as soon as possible, and try to keep the other factions off your back.Pontus will probably leave you alone, but Armenia has the habit of attacking Hatra, and Parthia might attack Seleucia.Once you get rid of the powerful Egyptians,Parthia,Armenia, and Pontus should be eliminated in that approximate order. Then you should attack Thrace, before taking on whoever rules Greece.
AAR's
History
The Seleucid Empire was originally formed by Seleucus, after Alexander the Great's death. He held the babylonian states of the empire, with the capital being Seleucia.
