The Total War Center's Technical Staff fix technical problems on the site, ensure that it runs smoothly and may add, configure or remove features if necessary. Technical Staff can be recognized by their blue name and badge, and fall directly under the owner/Chief Technician's supervision. The Vault Staff were considered a form of Technical Staff.
As a high trust role, today's technical staff are typically administrators. Non-admin Technical Staff may hypothetically have greater powers than some Hex, but this authority may only be used as directed by Hex.
Technical staff receive the Technician's Screwdriver, a site service award earned through merit and (more prominently early on) time served.
