Name: Inuit Nations
From Game: Empire: Total War
Religion:Animist
Culture: Native American
Playable:

The Inuit Nations is an unplayable minor faction in Empire: Total War.

Starting Position

The Inuit Nations are located in the very top-east corner of the Americas, in fairly unproductive land. Therefore, there is not much incentive to go after them so long as more lucrative or strategically important targets are present. Their starting province does produce fur, a lucrative trading resource, however the province has neither a port of its own or access to a neighbouring one to export it to your trading partners, denying access to even this small source of income. With a very sparse population and no agricultural production to reduce the risk of food shortages, it will likely take a long time for the only port in the region to emerge.

The Inuit Nations tend to declare war on whoever owns Acadia or Newfoundland (the French, in the beginning).

They have access to the generic Native American unit roster.
