Tuscany is one of a number of cancelled factions from Empire: Total War.
Overview
If kept in the game, Tuscany would spawn in central Italy, between Naples& Sicily and the Papal States
While it cannot be used in the Grand Campaign, it can be used in custom battles through modding.
